We are excited to inform you that we are going to be upgrading our web servers throughout the month of October.
What Does This Mean For You?
To put it simply, this means that you should have a faster website. When I started this business, I told myself that I wanted to do everything to provide the best service I can for my clients, and in turn that would be delivering a better experience for YOUR clients via your website.
To be transparent about the upgrade, we are upgrading our servers to Vultr High-Frequency cloud servers with 3GHz+ Intel Xeon CPUs and NVMe SSD. The servers are located in Chicago to be exact. We have tested these servers out over the past month and are impressed with the performance that they provide. You can read more about these servers here: Vultr Website.
Do You Need To Do Anything?
Most likely not. We will need to access your DNS to change some settings, but we should be able to take care of that for you. At most, we will reach out to you when we make the switch if we need any more information and to simply let you know that we are going to be upgrading your website that day.
This will NOT cost you anymore money per month than you are already paying. Once again, we will email you when we are going to be upgrading your website specifically so that you are aware it is happening.
Once your website is upgraded, we will be monitoring your website to ensure that the upgraded servers are performing as should. If you notice anything unusual, please notify us and we will take a look at the situation immediately.
